Well, the monsterous qualities was more the way you were used by the old admin team, and the fact that you are just as, if not more, stubborn than Kagi, which is saying something. You achieved notoriety in the same aspect as Evilagram, almost as his polar counterpart - you fought against Trolls with the same vigor and intelligence that Evilagram used against us, before becoming Memphis at least.
As for the points I brought up, well, I haven't spoken to you about them because I was told them recently, by a source who doesn't like you very much, to put it nicely. Hence why I referred to them as "rumors". I don't care who he heard it from, the source that gave it to me doesn't make it 100% comfortable with saying that it's true. Other topics, sure.
But, to be fair, in a case where we've got Trolls trying to attack the wiki, I would prefer you on my side than some of the other admins, because let's face it, you tore through them with ease. In a case where I needed blunt criticism, you were one of the best, although a little bit too abrasive. That was the key thing, I think - you were brilliant at what you did, but you just never seemed to get people to sit comfortably with that, either through swearing or through saying something that annoyed them.
I am a stubborn person, that is true. But, in the case of the wiki, that's generally because I've never been proved wrong on any issue or situation. That's not an arrogant statement or a boastful opinion, that's a statistical fact.
It's interesting that you bring up Evilagram, or Memph. A person who was the harshest troll on the wiki, and yet, a year later, he comes back and has reached top position. I could safely just say you should ban him for sockpuppeting but even I can attest that Memph has done some good for the wiki. I say "some" because, like every other admin, they sit back and watch things unfold without doing anything proactively. Case in point, GD being the one who had to instigate a mass cleanup.
I can imagine this "source" being Kagi. Or WhiteStar. In any case, if they are rumors, why don't you just come discuss them with the source and not spread them further to other members?
And I'm glad you think highly of me in some regards. It's true enough that I was, and probably still am, the scapegoat, the "face", of past admin decisions. I admit, looking back on it now, it was wrong to dis-include you in admin decisions. It was intentional, but we wanted a place specifically for admin access where we could discuss any changes needed without interruption from users, though bear in mind this was before "democracy".
Now I don't know much about this "disrespecting the users" bollocks that's being said. If that was the case then most of the users would be against me. Turns out, it's just one or two oldies and a couple of admins. You play my antagonism in a more exaggerated manner than it really is.
Now bear in mind that what I do, or did, I did for the wiki as a whole. Even as Shou I was the one helping with the cleanups to which I marked over 2000 articles for deletion, talked with GD about policy changes, which are now approved, and a few other things like grammatical mistakes on pages. Something that not even your admins can be bothered with, and would rather post in blogs and role plays.
Truth be told, the frustration of that wiki was why my temperament was at an all high most of the time. I've had my time to relax and I'm more relaxed. Just bear in mind that a ban is not a be-all end-all decision. If you want me back, then that's cool, I'll do what I did with Shou and start cleaning up the wiki and helping in whatever way I can. If not... well, you'll probably see me on an alt account again.
Hey, don't pin the failings of the admins onto me. Smash is one thing, and even then he helps out in places, he doesn't just roleplay. Xi took onto himself the role of improving the element pages, and has roped Kagi, Ryu and I into a group discussing how they would work. GD... well, you saw yourself just what he's doing. Me? I started uni this year. Granted, it's two days a week, but it's enough.
Look, I've got people saying that InMemorium is one of your alts. I also have users pressing me to get Wikia Staff to remove you from being able to access the wiki. I'm not listening to the latter, and I'm watching the former. I have Kagi literally listing your failings to me for even talking to you here, but I've said this to him - I will turn a blind eye. I will block alternate accounts for sockpuppetry, but I will NOT be the one to have you removed. That is not my place.
If it is one of your alternate accounts, might want to tone down the cynicism, to be honest. If not, well, then nobody has anything to worry about.
But, don't misunderstand, I'm not pinning the admin's activities, or lack thereof, on you. But you must understand that, as a crat, you are one of the faces of the Wiki, and as such the admins fall under your supervision, as it were. A chain of command.
Now people can say he's an alt. But if they don't have any solid proof you can't ban him for it, unless they fancy abusing their admin powers based on assumptions. Oh, wait, that's what they're good at.
And for God's sake Flash, tell Kagi to piss off once in a while. You know his view of me is construed beyond entanglement and yet you still listen to him. Now whether or not you will be the one to unban me, or perhaps even someone else, that's up to you and only you. It's funny how Kagi bitches about how I go to other wikis to get unbanned, and yet he does, or did, the exact same thing whenever he had a problem with me. That's exactly why Genesjs left, after all.
Oh, just a final note, you'll be wasting your time trying to get Wikia to stop me. It's not hard to find a proxy, or even resetting my IP address, to get around it. Do you really want to make a hassle over a person who's only recent claim to infamy is sockpuppeting?
...I said, what were you blocked for? I'm not unbanning you until you tell me. Also, despite the fact that I like Playstation, why should I go to this wiki?
Sorry about the RAMA RP kinda ending a little too fast for you to get involved, but that's not the only thing that'd include the Chaosblade (lightsaber). If you'd like, you can insert one or more of your characters into my continuity (and Gurahk's for that matter, cause ours are merged). Let me know what you think, and maybe we can work stuff out. Oh, and also, I plan to have Sonic, in my continuity, to almost be like Yoda+Windu, like if you took a look at Nazo's page, a Sidious+Windu character. For my continuity, Nazo creates the Vaapad style, and I'm thinking about Sonic, creating a style like Vaapad, from Ataru, Ataru making sense for the super speedy hedgehog. I call it, the Acklay style, based off of the green spider-reptile like animal, broadening from agility to high speed and randomization. Taking Ataru, do better, add some Makashi defensive aspects, and the option for randomization, stilll graceful and linked, but the available option for sequences in a random order if necessary. I'd like to hear your opinion.
That's a very nice combination there. Ataru and Makashi are two of the more offensive styles, although neither as offensive as Juyo or Vaapad. The combination is kinda lacking in defense against ranged moves, however, but with speed, you gain greater chances to dodge....yeah, I think that your Acklay style would work quite well.
Heck, dude, if you guys wanted to, there's a tonne of my characters (who I don't bring over unless involved in a pairing on here) who lack partners, so that may prove a way for my characters to enter your continuity. Well, considering I'm nearly constantly creating 'em at least.
Yeah, okay. Surge in particular (who is a SonAmy kid in my continuity, so he might learn this Acklay style), would like a more committed partner than Brittney. Gurahk wouldn't mind at all about adding some of your characters to our continuity, but use common sense obviously.
I'd also like to add, about the Acklay style, that it kind of adds another rotational axis to the Su-Ma rotations, to rolling (to accomodate for Sonic's spin jump). A high-speed roll with the blade active can be used as both a defensive tactic and/or an ofensive one. Also, Jar'Kai is very much encouraged with the Acklay style, which brings out more Makashi traits into the style (I think we both know that many of the Makashi tactics use one-handed tactics, which is how Ventress's Jar'Kai variant of Makashi makes sense even though Makashi technically doesn't support Jar'Kai). Nice stuff?
Very nice! I know that in the book Shatterpoint, Mace Windu uses Vaapad with Jar'Kai, and it's probably one of the most amazing scenes I've read. Hell, the book itself is intense.
Rotations make sense, because it also adds extra kinetic energy, and therefore, speed. And yes, the speed in the roll is one thing, just be careful with blade direction, otherwise you'll be cutting gouges into the ground. And Makashi IS one-handed, there's very few strikes that involve the second hand, with the main ones being blows designed to lower the opponent's guard position.
Indeed. I'm actually going to listen to the audiobook for Shatterpoint now that I found it and by the high praise it has.
Can't wait to get some of this stuff started. Do you happen to have a free female character that can actually hold to a commitment? For Surge the Hedgehog. I uptated Surge's history and abilities. Surge is probably sooner or later going to learn the Acklay style to some degree.
In my continuity, Nazo is essentially the greatest duelist currently. Only my character, Starburst the Cat, is equal to Nazo martially and kinetically (kinetically meaning special powers or kinesis-based powers, as our replacement for Force-based attacks). Starburst is essentially a non-cyborg version of Darth Vader, a tank and a huge glutton for punishment due to being a military leader and just a soldier in general, and specializes in the Djem So variant of Form V, supported by Ataru, and forced to use Ataru when he needs to fly (he can fly due to his photokinesis, based off of the Green Lantern), and can use Shien with both his single Chaosblade or blades of light he creates using his photokinesis if disarmed. Just so you know who the best duelists are in my continuity heh.
Heh, Surge would appreciate a girl that would remind him of who he is, and support him. Especially with Surge's conflict with the evil being inside him. Look at his page, it's at the top of the wiki activity.
Yeah, sure, sorry, haven't been on here much - working on other things. Might not get onto it for a little bit though - kinda flat at the moment, and working on a character to go up for adoption.
